St. Thomas Aquinas

Most people believe awareness creates lasting change. I believe awareness is the beginning. When the energetic charge connected to a reaction shifts, new choices become available.
You may already understand a lot about why you react the way you do. You've gained insight from books, podcasts, therapy, coaching, or years of personal growth. And still, the same moments keep finding you.
These moments can look small. Over time, they shape your days, your relationships, and the choices you make about your life.
You may know exactly which of these is yours. You may recognize yourself in several. Either way, the reaction usually started long before the moment in front of you.
Rapid Release Healing explores what may still be shaping those reactions. Instead of asking, "Why do I keep doing this?" we ask, "What may still be contributing to this reaction?" That question often opens the door to a different experience.

Every session begins with what feels most active in your life today. It may be a relationship, a recurring reaction, a limiting belief, or a situation that keeps pulling your attention.
Using muscle testing, we identify the energetic thread connected to what is active and follow it to the experiences that may still be shaping your reactions today.
Today's situation may feel like the problem. Often, it's the doorway to an earlier experience where a similar reaction first began.
As the session unfolds, a specific age, memory, or season of life may come up.
We simply acknowledge it as part of your story. The focus stays on releasing the energetic charge connected to that experience, so it stops shaping how you respond today.

Life keeps happening. Relationships, conversations, opportunities, and challenges still come your way. The difference is how you experience them.
The goal is to experience life with more freedom to respond as who you are today.

When you're ready to discover what may be shaping your reactions, I'd love to meet you.
